“1-Tom-Plumber did a great job for us! We came home from a week-long camping trip to find our water heater leaking. Even after we shut off the main water valve, the leak continued, so we were trying to find help as quickly as possible that same evening. Several places we called were only available the next day.
After contacting 1-Tom-Plumber, they were able to send Drake to our house within half an hour. He assessed the issue, helped us slow the leak, and scheduled the work for the very next morning.
We ended up needing to replace the water heater, but Drake also took care of a few other ongoing plumbing issues we had, including replacing the main shut-off valve, installing pressure-reducing valve, and replacing our washer and dryer hoses. He even replaced the hoses at no additional charge, which was nice.
Drake was very professional and took a lot of time cleaning up after the work was completed to make sure everything was left clean and tidy, which we really appreciated.
