“I’m from out of town and had the best experience boarding my dog here. Monica and team were kind, open and responded promptly to the millions of questions I presented. My dog is 85lbs, golden retriever mix. He had a previous negative experience and we hadn’t taken him anywhere since. All of this information was shared and we communicated well about the care he’d have. I trusted Monica due to her knowledge and empathy. Rambo stayed for a couple of hours one day, and the next he boarded 12 hours (overnight stay).
