There was a mix up on my end of when my appointment was. Even though they had no available appointments, the provider still took the time to come talk to me in the waiting room for several minutes. He asked question, gave some advice and then later called me because he had taken even more time out of his day to research things more and look into my file more. They always go above and beyond here. Whether it is direct care downstairs or the primary care providers upstairs, everyone goes above and beyond there. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, and really listen to you when you talk. Amazing!
Phone system reports that I can press 1 to keep my place in line, yet the system doesn't register the key press. The window to press the key is 2 seconds! Waiting on hold to be put on hold is a terrible customer service model
All 4 of my children have went to this doctor's office and have seen Dr. Eisert he is great since the day they were born. My oldest is now 24 and i have 4 kids .I love this clinic. They're great with kids. I would not take my children to any other clinic they r the best. And the walk in clinic is great too I like that it's by appointment so you don't have to wait hours after hours to get in....
