First they shut down the Wenatchee branch. The ATM's are slow, WHEN they work. And that's rare. They never answer the phone, they never call you back. And only one maybe two tellers are polite and nice. Not only am I leaving Chase, but so is my fiance and her business, one son and daughter. Plus a few friends said find something good and we will change also. That's a minimum of a 7 million dollar hit. Poor service equals a loss of revenue. Plus the Liberal President of Chase is a pc of sh!+.

Local bank never answered repeated phone calls. No voice mail available. Message suggested calling a 1-800 #. After navigating a long phone tree I got to a customer service rep who said she was transferring me to the nearest bank branch. Insert palm into face here. Was transferred instead to a different bank but fortunately, the person that answered the phone took the time to answer my questions, contacted my nearest Chase Bank branch to me, and called me back with the answers I needed. Very grateful to that employee who went out of his way to help.
