Customers have described the cleaning as fantastic, with reasonable pricing and no annoying sales pitch or upsell. The technicians are professional, kind, and experienced, getting straight to work without leaving any weird or overwhelming smell. The company is now the only one that customers will call, and they are likely to hire them for stretching services as well. One customer specifically recommended asking for Sean, who was excellent and able to remove stains that a previous cleaner could not.
I've hired Anderson for carpet cleaning multiple times over the past several years. I find their employees consistently polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I think they do a good job and I would not hesitate to call them again in the future!
The Anderson Carpet team is great to work with. Communication is really important to me and this team is on it. The tough spots I couldn't clean are gone and the carpets look great. I'll continue to call on them when the need arises.
Lisa was sooo easy to work with and scheduling was a breeze. The tech that did the work was very respectful and provided us with a great experience. The before, during and after communication was top shelf. If you need their services, I highly recommend Anderson Carpet.
