Wes from h2o came out and helped diagnose and give us a quote he walked us through what everything could be and got us set up to have what we needed fixed the very next day. Jacob and Austin were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They had been working a lot due to Spokane fires and still came out to get our water going. They explained everything they were doing along the way and happily answered any questions we had. They truly saved the day and got us water again way fast then I thought it would be. The whole crew at H2O was excellent starting with the first call to Vince, who helped with diagnosing the problem from my electrical readings. Jacob, Austin, and Lance quickly and efficiently replaced the 26 year old pump and had water flowing in a couple hours after arrival.
