In early March 2025 I left a sink faucet running for over an hour which flooded our kitchen and dining room. This resulted in the hardwood maple flooring to swell to what we thought would be utterly beyond repair. After contacting John at Shanks Custom Hardwood he showed up the next day for a free consultation and offered an estimate to sand and refinish nearly 2,000 sq ft of hardwood flooring.
