Hailey is hands down the best hairstylist! We drove all the way to Spokane just to see her, and it was totally worth it. She does an incredible job with both kids’ and adult haircuts. I especially love that she also braids and does eyebrows—she truly does it all. Hailey is amazing, and we can’t recommend her enough!
Sherry did an amazing job on my highlights, it's so hard to find someone who does exactly what you want for your hair. I'm so lucky she's out here in Davenport, it makes it so much easier not to have to travel far out into Spokane!
It is a pleasure to go to Phase II! Sherri is pleasant, helpful and, as I can attest to today, gives amazing Pedis! The shop is always clean and she has kept her customers well taken care of plus perfectly safe during the pandemic. My pedis look great for weeks and weeks. I am thankful to have Phase ll Hair Design close by in Davenport!
