Urban Lash and Spa is amazing!! I booked a Full Set of lash extensions with Kayla and was BLOWN AWAY! She patiently listened to what I wanted and gave her expert opinion/advice on what would be best. Kayla was efficient yet thorough during the appointment! Her location is CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! I really appreciated her explanations on lash cleaning and how to get the longest life out of my extensions.My only regret is not booking with Kayla sooner!
I've been getting lashes since I was about 16 but this is my first time going to Kayla for a full set. Let me tell you first off the environment in her salon is so welcoming, calming, and absolutely stunning! Kayla made sure to consult with me thoroughly on what we wanted to do for my lashes and it made me feel so much more confident that we were going to achieve the look I wanted. The lashes turned out SO GOOD, I have not been able to stop looking at them! Its been 3 almost 4 days and usually after the first day I get 2-3 clusters fall out per day, so far I've had ZERO fallout!!
