I went in looking to start getting tan for the summer and Natalie, the manager, was working and she was so helpful, she answered all of my questions and set me up with the best lotion for what I was looking for, and even gave me a deal on a package! She made the process so fun and easy, I can’t wait to keep coming back to this salon!

I have been visiting this location since 2012 and have never had a bad experience at the front desk, with tanning, or with billing. Everyone has been incredibly friendly and happy to see me; I have ever felt pressured to purchase a package; and I have never had a discrepancy with my billing. As a matter of fact, the staff has always reminded me of the benefit of freezing my account when I'm not using it so I won't have the changes until I use the salon (which is usually seaonally. I can't say enough about the Covington salon aside from wishing it was bigger. But I really love Seattle Tan and am a happy, loyal customer!

Having Kate back on her winter break from college in Bellingham was such a joy!!! She is a delight to come in and see and chat with. She genuinely loves her job. I hope you see her back on summer break! Thanks Kate!! :))
