The bed is heated and can adjust for comfort when you have to stay still for 2 hours while getting your lashes done. And Julie is soooo personable and sweet. I experienced the hydrafacial, which was a relaxing service that included 30 minutes under an infrared light, during which time I easily started to doze on the heated bed.
