We just moved to the area and my 9 year old boston terrier has been through a lot in the past year. I have tried all options to manage his symptoms and we are very picky when it comes to who takes care of our fur babies. I was blown away at how wonderful the service was! I told the vet and assistant my concerns, they listened, helped me figure out some solutions, and were so gentle and mindful of our baby. They were also reasonably priced - I expected going in and being charged over $200 just for the exam alone, and instead I walked out with an exam and prescription for $99, plus excellent service. Our sweet boy started developing urinary blockages and quickly blocked three times in less than a month. The best option was the perineal urethrostomy surgery, which we were initially looking at over $10k at the emergency center for the surgery. Penn Cove rushed him in within three days and we paid a small fraction of the emergency price. The staff were all very sweet, reassuring, and thorough. The surgeon called the next morning to check on him and make sure we didn’t have any questions before they were closed the next day. Penn Cove saved our family without ruining our financial future and we’re so grateful.
