Dr Susan Cotter took her time to check thoroughly my eyes and discussed my issues calmy with me. Explanations were clear to me. She was even sometimes humorous. Loved her encounter!
I checked in on time and called for my exam right away with no wait time. The technician informed and instructed me well throughout the exam. After the initial part of the exam, I shortly thereafter saw Dr. Gordon. I appreciated his professional and personable demeanor and he answered all of my questions. I also appreciated that while a prescription for glasses was offered, there was not a hard sell. In fact in my case, I was advised by Dr. Gordon to first try over the counter readers and if that did not suffice to then consider prescription glasses.
Dr. Cotter and the entire clinic staff are professional, and it is refreshing to have an eye-to-eye conversation about all my vision concerns with a doctor who is present-not rushing on her next patient. Glasses frame choice is limited but tasteful, and help there is also friendly and knowledgable!
