The 1st time I needed help with our service panel was a couple of years ago. I was out of town and my wife called me to let me know there was no power to the house. PSE bill was paid and there was no reports of an outage. I called several electricians and got voicemail boxes, I left several messages. A friend referred CK, I called left a message and my call was returned (Shocked, pun intended) It was considered an emergency service call. CKEkectric troubleshot our electrical issues and fixed the problem in less than an hour of being at our house. It ended up being our master (main) breaker after many years failed. It’s rare for people to reach out and pay compliments these day’s. It seems the only thing people like to waste time on is complaining and dramatics. Today I experienced exemplary customer service over the phone with a young lady at Ck Electric with a pretty name “Promise” like I promise you this lol. It’s caring, considerate people like her who make the world a better place and it makes people like me use and refer business back to people with staff like her. I’ll be sending anyone in need of electrical services over to CK for sure. Thank you for your kindness. Bob
