Cascade Towing came to my rescue when I got a bad flat tire on Cascade River Road. They were helpful, professional, and had good communication with me throughout the whole process. I'm thankful they were able to get my car out of the mountains and into a repair shop.
I was on an unfamiliar route high up in the Cascade mountains when my engine broke down and needed tow service to a mechanic shop. Being far from home, I was at a loss for choosing a reputable mechanic within the distance my vehicle insurance would cover. Terry of Cascades Towing, based out of Concrete, WA, was very helpfu. His help turned what could have been a very expensive situation to my advantage.
Went out of their way to ensure my truck with motor cycle were secured from the top of the mountain at a late night hour. The owner of the company was direct and literally was concerned. The operator of the tow vehicle was Respectful and on point in all the transaction. I would recommend this team full heartedly.
