The guy that runs the class is awesome. That's why it's given 2 stars. But the lady that handles the scheduling is horrible at her job. She makes every encounter way harder than it needs to be and is very snarky on the phone. Also gives incorrect information to the students. So when you're at the DMV trying to get your kids license, you don't have the correct paperwork. I would have given it one star, but the guy that runs the class is good at his job.
Great driving school. Everyone was lovely and accomidating. My teenager enjoyed driving with each one of the instructors and learned a lot of practical driving skills. Will definitely be taking the other kids here.
I'm honestly giving this a 5* review based on others' experience. Im 29 and need my lisence but Ephrata and Moses Lake, Washington are both the biggest pieces of garbage, by reviews of Omak, they're the same. I've wasted over $300 between Ephrata and Moses Lake. Passed my knowledge in Ephrata 90% I believe, or more (not sure) but the second they had control over the outcome I failed. One time I failed at 68% when I looked up the laws and standard requirements to pass... They had no right to fail me. But... Gonna try this one due to great reviews. Anyone that reads my reviews knows I'm fair, honest and won't let others suffer from false ratings.If I can prevent it.
