Before contacting Northside, I had another HVAC company look at my malfunctioning furnace. Not only were they not thorough in their inspection, they told me I needed a new furnace and tried to up sell me on other items. Not feeling comfortable with the first diagnosis, I contacted Northside for a second opinion. The Northside technician Kaleb was very thorough in his inspection and tested all of the furnace circuits and sensors. He was correct in his diagnosis and post repair my furnace is working perfect again. So instead of paying 5-6K for a new furnace I did not need, I only needed to pay $500 for a simple repair. I just bought my house and had Northside come out and do a thorough investigation of my old (1976) system and clean it up so it is good to go by winter. I was given sound advice on where in town I can pick up air filters and my preference of thermostat was confirmed to be a quality choice. I will be using them again.Service: HVAC system maintenance
