I called on a Sunday evening for a car lockout and Kodi arrived in 15 minutes. He had the car open in seconds. Prompt and professional service. He even made me a spare key and tested it on-site to make sure it worked perfectly. Thank you for your work.

We were stuck behind a locked gate at a remote cabin, and I was sure no one would be willing to come help us -- especially given our remote location. Kodi traveled more than an hour to reach us, arriving fully prepared with the tools and replacement locks. His willingness to go that far out of his way to help a family in need says a lot about his character and professionalism. He's a great guy to talk to and has a positive attitude, even given the circumstances.
