Teresa or Terri has done my hair and my daughters multiple times. She is excellent at doing 90s or y2k layers. My daughter loves short shaggy cut she always gets. Terri also does silent appointments, she’s excellent at making conversation and making ppl feel at ease while she cuts hair. I have recommended Terri to friends. Reasonable prices, too. :)
