Henry from Spokane Mechanical Heating and Cooling has really been amazing. He identified a leak in our four head system and was able to fix it and bring the unit back online. He takes time to explain what he’s doing in words you can understand and really enjoys his job. Henry, the technician, was extremely professional and well versed on my unit. He took the time to explain in detail what was needed and how these services would improve the performance of my AC.
Even though it was during the hot summer days someone came out to fix my HVAC the day after they were called. The receptionist was super nice and called to let me know when the repairman was on his way. The repairman was very polite and informative and explained everything that was done. I have only positive things to say about their service!
