My family (+ toddler and baby) did photos with Jackleen while my mother in law was in town visiting, and they turned out incredible. She was super efficient with her time compared to other photographers we’ve worked with, and had great ideas and tips for positioning.
She also somehow got a bunch of genuine smiles from our stoic 3 year old, which nearly no one else has gotten. She had a really great vibe and personality that really put us at ease in the session - none of us are that comfortable in front of a camera, but we were all amazed at the shots that she got.
The best photography experience I’ve ever had. As a family with autism and adhd posed photos are not for us- she was almost invisible while we played on the beach and every photo still makes me cry.
If I could give Jackie more than five stars, I would.
From the moment we met, Jackie created such a calm, intentional, almost meditative space. She even made a playlist for our session, and gathered beautiful local flowers for me as a little keepsake. Every detail felt thoughtful and personal.
I’m usually the one behind the camera, so being the one photographed felt vulnerable. But Jackie has a gift for making you feel completely at ease. I never felt like I had to perform or pose perfectly. Instead, she helped me simply be myself.
