Kurtis was AMAZING! Our car died on the ferry so we had to come and get a battery replacement and he was just so kind and helpful and just had very good vibes. It was a nice interaction after this cruddy thing that happened so thank you Kurtis for being so kind and friendly and awesome and helpful!!!

Always polite and professional. I made an appointment on a Friday for a Monday, I showed on time, they were ready with the needed parts already ordered. I sat in the lobby while they did the work. I was out of there 30 minutes later. They always get my old truck fixed well and quickly.

The counter person at Simmons was respectful of my time and honest with the price charged for a couple of RV batteries. Very happy to be able to deal with a small local business instead of a large corporation.
