One customer, Brandon Croft, set up their hearing aids via the computer program and noticed a slight difference, but later found one of the aids was inactive. The customer thought the $400 charge was a little excessive, but would return if needed. Another customer had a great experience, saying their hearing specialist was very thorough and matched them with a great pair of hearing aids, making all the necessary adjustments. The after-service was wonderful, as they were able to clean and fix the customer's right-side hearing aid when it stopped working. However, the customer had issues with the financing, as the finance company moved their last payment earlier, causing them to make a late payment, and also set up the yearly payments incorrectly, costing the customer an additional $1,000. The customer was unhappy with how My Hearing Centers handled this problem. A third customer had a generally good experience, but felt rushed and disliked that the door was open during their consultation, causing everyone in the waiting room to hear their conversation.
