“I recently had a spa day with several friends and we all had the most amazing experience. We each had different treatments; Botox, dermaplaning, facials, massages, eyelash lift and tint and more. Each practitioner was great at explaining what they were doing and what we needed to do to get the best results for our treatments. Each of us left there relaxed and feeling pampered. The spa is well designed and very relaxing. I will be back and highly recommend Aquavia Aesthetics.“

“I have been incredibly happy with Biote pelleting, at the recommendation of Stephanie Gho, PA. She has worked with me since 2022 to better regulate my hormones through pre-menopause. I feel confident in her knowledge and experience, and I leave every appointment feeling optimistic about my health.“

“Ultima Medical Spa is no longer in business. It was shut down due to the economy in recession. A business must be doing something right when only one bad review was received in 30 years.Estimating each person's amount of botox is an art and the smallest amount you use, the less it will cost the patient. In this case the amount of units of Botox was not enough to fully inhibit all her muscles in her face. A person is asked to return in two weeks to check this. Unfortunately, scheduling on both parties prevented her from coming in until nearly six weeks later. It was determined the botox was not lasting the full three months which is a sign more Botox would be necessary to fully inhibit the muscle group. It was recommended she have a larger quantity of botox injected to inhibit fully that muscle group at the three month mark. Unfortunately, the patient had decided that the treatment didn't work prior to the follow up appointment and was not receptive to the facts of biochemistry of Botox and the need for a greater quantity of Botox. Her only goal in her follow up appt was to request her money back. When told there is no refunds for botox, she remained obstinate and left unhappy. The review is distorted by the author's perception of her treatment and was not how she was treated. This note was written in an effort to educate on how Botox works. Botox has to reach the quantity of muscle to inhibit the whole muscle group. If the muscle group has had only partial inhibition, the functioning part of the muscle will become stronger and contract again sooner than expected.“
