I was referred to Eye Care Specialists for a routine eye exam (my first ever!) and i was pretty nervous about my appointment, but literally every single person at the clinic was wonderful and extremely nice to be around! My technicians were the highlight of my visit, they did 99% of my exam and kept me laughing and smiling and comfortable my entire visit. I was sad when my appointment was over! Really great facility, extremely friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere all around. ?
I had cataract surgery on my left eye Tuesday. the nurses were very kind and realized that I was very nervous about the. surgery. and Dr. Chad wa also very kind and understood. I can't wait to have my right eye done.And Dr. Chad even called me Tuesday nightto see how I was. Thank you. for your kindness and understand.
I have been a patient with Dr. Chad and Dr. Mark for the last two and a half years . So I have been able to spend time with the people that work there and understand how hard they work and how much they care for others. Every time I walk through their front doors I am greeted with a hello and a beautiful smile that is followed up with "what can I help you with?" and trust me, there are days that they are so busy that I am impressed that they would take a few seconds to let me know that they know that I am there for my appointment.
