2 stars because it works. Should be 0 stars for installation. After many attempts at contact, for other issues as well, I went under a clients house to see this work of art. Lines directly on the ground. Not fallen down, never strapped up at all. Poor follow through, and not a single returned call.

I called on a Monday for ductwork cleaning. I had an issue with a company from Spokane that was negative stars. I was leaving Friday. Quarzite fit me into their crowded schedule. They were prompt. Very professional and so so polite. Thank you so very much. Job well done. Fabulous customer service. Worth every penny!!!

Absolutely awful. Owner Steve is condescending and rude but his employee Chris is great. When he came out to start installation he said I told him the floor joists were running a different direction than his bid and needed to charge 2k more. I had sent him a floor framing plan but he said he went off what I told him. At first they took 3 days to return calls now we are up to 7 days. Steve literally had a tantrum when he walked in and the plumbers were still there. The plumbers and framers all thought he was a complete jerk. Bid an air return and never installed. Had to force him to install. Waited another 7 days days for return call and now final install won't be... read full review
