When I walked into the office, there were 3 young women at the front desk. They were busy in conversation. They did not acknowledge me. They continued talking. I was using a walker. Finally one of them Asked if I was checking in? While I was talking to her the other two continued talking right next to us. I could not hear the lady I was talking to because of their conversation. I said something about it. Of course they did not like my comment Kate got all bent out of shape. It was ridiculous. Dr Wayland, his nurse , Dr Larsen were all respectful & very helpful. My husband and I agree that Dr Holtzer and the Chewelah clinic team are caring and welcoming. Also he is spot on answering mychart messages right away for helping me navigate my care.
My experience has always been wonderful. The doctors, nurses , LPN, and the front desk people, in general did and do always treat me with respect and administer exceptional care to me and to all my family members. There is no other place that we would ever wish to go.
Thank you for all the years you have cared for husband, myself, our kids and grandsons.
