I absolutely love this place, they were able to help me out when I really needed it! Especially love the lady up front, she is very kind & helpful. Along with the doctor! The man that was also working up front there could definitely learn to be a bit more professional or learn to discuss his concerns in private but other than that, absolutely love them!

I came in to get new glasses and I already had all my stuff so I just needed to get new glasses and the guy that was helping me was funny he was outgoing and I don't remember his name but he was an amazing person once and then comes to me I'll post it but amazing He was hilarious and making me get my glasses more fun

First time eye glass people, if you don’t come here for your eyes, you are making a mistake!!!
This place hands down will be the best place you’ve ever been to for your eye care!!! They do it old school, no fancy hard core machines, just good ol’ knowledge and experience!!!
My first eye care experience was at Vision Institute Northwest, in the Spokane Valley off of pines and broadway, don’t go there, they are garbage, my eyes are two different prescriptions, but they said they were the same prescription, anyways I digress, after visiting Vision Haus in Cheney I can say with 100% certainty that I will be coming back and world... read full review
