Called for a quick tow on my Jeep Cherokee, Was very responsive and personable and my experience to do it. The pick up of my vehicle is fast and swift while taking every ounce of care to make sure my car did not get damaged. Most definitely will Use again and recommend to my family. And for a decent price
I'm the anxious/stressed out type so for me to break down on the side of I-90 normally would have freaked me out to no end. For days! But things worked out in the end. Derek was the operator and his chill and cool demeanor (as well as being competent) probably helped tremendously. We've used them before but very different situation. I would say we would use them again, but we already did!
Had a cracked oil pan with a car stuck on an Air Force base! I needed a tow to Spokane with the headache of getting a car off of base. My driver, Derek was a very respectable and understanding man who was willing to work alongside me and the complications of getting a tow truck on base.
If you need a driver and a company who'll show up and get the job done in a pinch, Derek is your man!
