I was looking for a new dentist near to me in Cheney. Dr Ridl came highly recommended from my wife's co-workers. I had planned for just a cleaning with his office a few months out. Well than certainly changed when I had ended up with a cracked molar. He was able to get me in right away. I ended up needing a root canal and crown. During the process he would ask me if I was doing OK. I was very pleased with all of the care and interactions of the staff. A pleasant surprise the morning after my procedure, Dr Ridl called me in person to ask how I was doing. Fairly new to Dr. Ridl. Have had one cleaning. Office is clean. Staff are friendly and efficient. Had a crown pop off recently that was put in by another dentist. They got me in the next morning first thing. Crown recemented, in and out in 30 minutes with a clear explanation of what he did and what the plan would be if it came off again.

Dr. Ridl and his staff are professional and caring. I immediately felt comfortable and confident my in their care. I'm lucky to have found such a great dentist in my 2 minute town.
