I made the mistake of taking my daughter to great clips for a trim, my bad! Susan responded to my frantic call on a day she normally doesnt see clients. She fixed my daughters hair so my daughter was ready for the first day of school :)

Very pleased! Her experience was evidenced by the speed with which she highlighted and trimmed my hair AND lacked no quality. I hope she stays forever now that I discovered her. Since I am an introvert, I especially appreciate the homey & exclusive atmosphere.

Susan is such a great person inside and out! She did exactly what I wanted with my hair! She was so easy to talk with, felt like we were kindred spirits from the start. She is not afraid to try new things and get out there she has a great read on what you say and mean.
