The staff were incredibly compassionate as we had to say goodbye to two of our dogs within 14 days of each other. It was a very hard time for us and the staff conducted themselves in a professional and caring way. My family and I are extremely grateful.

Blackhawk almost always gets us in the same day or the next day, even if we aren't having an emergency. The staff is very friendly and the doctors are very straight-forward about what would be best for our pets. They were also very helpful and compassionate when we had to put our kitty down last year after giving us every opportunity to give him a few more weeks with us. Highly recommend!

I took my kitten here for an eye infection and was very pleased with her care. They treated her very well and explained in detail how to help her get better. The office is also very bright and clean and the staff are very kind and attentive.
