Crispin, from Cascade Mechanical, cleaned the ducts in our HVAC system at our home in Mazama. He was very professional, friendly, and thorough. He called us to let us know when he would arrive and was very prompt. We also had good communication from the office staff. I can wholeheartedly recommend Cascade Mechanical.

We replaced our heating and A/C in 2012 with Cascade Mechanical and have been completely impressed with the company. When we have had any issues or questions, they were responsive and quickly resolved the issue. We have them service our unit annually which insures that everything is working well. All the people we have worked with have been fantastic!

Furnace wasn’t working, called the office and got super friendly Nikkita. Explained the issue and she said would get me on the schedule (yesterday.) Jan, also super helpful, called not 20 minutes later and said they had a tech in the area and they could be to my place in 30 mins. Chris showed up all smiles and professionalism. Diagnosed the issue, got the parts ordered and said they should be in the following day (today.)Parts showed up this morning, Nikkita called early afternoon to confirm I was home, Chris showed up not long after and got my heat working.Top notch professionalism from the first call to the handshake goodbye.Would recommend to anyone in need of HVAC...read full review
