Do not recommend them at all! My mom and dad are retired and have used their retirement to buy a home from nw green homes. Home was brought October 31st. It is still not complete. They are not responding, and inspection isn’t complete. They are claiming it’s finished but it isn’t. Do not recommend at all.

Had everything picked out and waiting for factory pricing. Haven’t heard from anyone for over a month and a half.

Tried to purchase a home thru their rep, Ron Parker. Had an approved loan, spent a couple of hours choosing all of the options. He scheduled the site visit and forwarded the paperwork to Fleetwood for approval and prices. Site prep guy came out said he'd have the costs figured out in a few days. Called Ron after a week & a half for an update. He said the site guy hadn’t submitted his paperwork yet, but that he had received the info back from Fleetwood and he’d e-mail the Fleetwood report the following day. Nothing. Called again, he apologized saying how busy he was but he’d definitely send the Fleetwood report the next day. Nothing. Called again. Again an apology but it would absolutely be the next day. Sent an e-mail asking for the report. No response. It’s now been two weeks and nothing. If they’re this impossible to communicate with, it would be impossible once they have a signed contract. I’m going to American Home Center.
