My grandfather’s heat pump went out one the first 90 degree day of the year. He himself is 87 years old. I called Mills because our usual favorite Scott’s was out a week. Mills was recommended to me by a friend. The owner of the company came out and saw our dire situation with my aging grandfather and drove to the shipping port himself to get the new unit off the ship so he could have our system installed before the weekend was over. He truly cared about the well being of my grandfather. Mills goes above and beyond and does honest work.
I have a foreclosure home up in Morton. The hvac system was not working. I called and they had a bid sent over to me within 30 minutes for a diagnosis of the system. And then they were very quick at getting out to the home to diagnose the problem and get it fixed. They charge a very fair amount. Overall an excellent experience and will use them again if needed in the future. Thanks so much!!
This place has always been my go to when having heating or cooling issues, have been using their services for several different issues throughout the years and honeslty I have never been dissapointed with their services quality, communication, kindness and knowledge. I will continue to use their services and would be more than happy to recommend to anyone in need of heating and cooling help!
