I especially enjoyed working with Kieran during the sales procedure. He was very helpful and listened to me when I had a concern. Installers arrived on time and they had excellent work ethic, a great 3 man team. There was a problem with the originally ordered flooring due to warped planks, but the team and Kieran worked immediately to provide another style flooring for the main part of the installation, with no lost time! It seems that most of the reviews here are for the flooring department, but we worked with JOY in the cabinet department to renovate our kitchen and were 100% thrilled. I have some background in building high-end custom homes and have worked with many sales people and installers, and she is one of the best ever! She spent (probably way too many) hours searching out the right cabinets to match our current kitchen cabinets, working up my design and perfecting it until we had the perfect custom built-in wall in our kitchen.
