I couldn’t be happier. I had a bad installer from another town install my previous floor in phases, so I chose to go local for my last phase. I should have went here first but I used my home builders recommendation. From choosing my flooring to matching my previous discontinued color then to installation, top notch service all around. Kieran really knows his stuff and very communicative. I forget the gals name who was very welcoming with my kids while I picked out my color, but she was awesome!! And Nick was amazing!! Great Re-stretch and Repair! I had Carpet One send out an experienced carpet installer to re-stretch our living room and hallway carpet. Emily and Laura in the Office worked with me to get the job scheduled. Nick Clark showed up at the appointed time, and did an excellent job in determining the cause of the issue created by the initial installer. Nick went right to work reattaching the material to the tack strip and tacking it down tight in several places. The hallway had a full four foot diagonal wrinkle/trip hazard which he had to cut, trim and re-seam. It took two hours and he cleaned up every speck and was on his way. We were wowed! I needed sheet vinyl for my vintage red-brown bathroom and struck out at Great Floors will all their modern gray choices, I looked at all the sheet vinyl they had and didn't see anything that could work. Laura at Carpet One quickly understood the issue and was able to use her interior design experience to recommend exaclty what would work for my bathroom, and explain why other options would not work so well. She helped me visualize what the finished space would look like and why darker colors would work better. I felt such relief that Laura understood, knew what I needed, and what to do. We picked something in my budget that I feel good about. Highly recommend!
