My friend had a property in Randle that had a vile and treachetous squatter squatter on it. She was trying to sell it, and we called many realtors in the area, most didn't answer their phones, or return messages left for them,...others contacted her to LOW BALL and nit pick the property. We were recommended to Cheryl, who picked up her phone when we called, and got RIGHT DOWN to business. We were impressed with her friendliness, and found her to be EXTREMELY knowledgeable about Lewis County, especially that area.
