I had a massage from Kathy and it was probably one of the best I have ever had. She was thorough as well as conscious about what I needed. I have fibromyalgia and some areas I need light touch where others I need more of a deep tissue massage. She listened to exactly what I needed and does the best massage for me. Kathy is obviously skilled at not only massage but really listening to her clients and tailoring her techniques to their needs. Just talking about this makes me want to book and appointment! Thank you, Kathy for making a difference in my well-being!

Tanya is wonderful and calming. I did the structural integration series with her, she really helped my body heal! Tanya is so knowledgeable about how the body and mind work together. I recommend her constantly! Kathy is also great if you need a nice, relaxing massage.
