The members of the Centralia team brought our build to a successful conclusion and we are very pleased with the finished house. It's energy efficient, designed and built well, and beautiful.
The project manager, Josh White, was especially helpful in getting the details done right. He repeatedly went above and beyond to help us.
After searching for builder to add an ADU onto our property, we decided on Lexar. From our initial sales visit and all the way through completion, we had great communication with the Savannah, Link and the rest of construction team. It is very apparent that they care about the quality of their homes while also making sure to capture our vision. We couldn't be happier. We will be using them again when we build our dream home in the country. I highly recommend them if you are looking at building a new home.
Choosing a builder is such an important and impactful decision. We absolutely made the right choice with the Lexar-Centralia team! We felt like we had a partner throughout the whole process. One that cared about the outcome as much as we did. Their commitment to quality and best practices is evident in every decision. We are thrilled with the outcome and would recommend this team to anyone wanting to build a custom home that’s built to last.
