My 8 year old daughter absolutely loves the kids classes! Kickboxing on Tuesdays and Ju jitsu on Thursdays! Ken is a amazing instructor and so good with all the kids! She is learning so much and looks forward to these classes each week ❤️
As a first time kick-boxer I was a little nervous to be put through my paces or injure myself. That was not the case here! Ken made sure my technique and form was good before teaching me something new. I will be back :)
