Patrick came and quoted me for a ducted, dual zone, heat pump retrofit of an existing single zone system. I explained the dual zone system that I had in mind, the type of equipment desired and the exact ducting solution I wanted to correct the horrible air distribution with my old system. He gave a very competitive bid and built the scope of work exactly how we had discussed. He quoted three days for the job and his techs got it done in exactly three days.
