We had an estimate within a day of our request, and Tristan explained everything and answered all of my questions (I had a lot...bless his heart) in detail and with great patience. Never once did I feel pressured to make a quick decision, which is more than I can say for some of the other estimates I got from different companies. They are a great company to work with we had Tristan out to design a four head ductless system and write up a quote in July 2022 I was able to put some money down to lock it in and they held everything until February of 2023 when I was able to pay for the remainder. Once a date was set the 2 man install crew headed out and got everything installed, wired and running in 3 days very happy with their customer service and professionalism 100% would recommendService: Ductless heating & A/C services
