The folks at Active Septic have helped repair our system twice, once in 2005 and 2015. Both times they have been impressive in their honesty, friendliness, and quality of service and repair. Following the most recent repair, Ethan went above-and-beyond by patiently helping us fully understand our system, how it functions, how to maintain it, and how to treat it to allow for many more years of operation.
