This company came out as they said. They installed and Oscar septic system with ease for me as the home owner. There were a few changes needed for the installation Jerry worked well with Dave English, county, and Brad Davis, septic designer/engineer, to resolve any installation changes which were needed. Jerry and his crew were excellent to work with when I had them come out to completely replace my septic system. They completed the work quickly and within budget. Were very communicative, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend. Helpful, friendly, honest, knowledgeable can do attitude. My experience, we had a bad float switch which was setting off our septic alarm. We have a very complex bio barrier system and I was having difficulty getting anyone to come out to work on it. Everyone wanted to come out and "take a look at it"= service call + return for repair. !!!$$$ I emailed Active, and received a quick response, Evan happened to be in the area and said he would come by. Evan had the skills to navigate a difficult system, had the necessary parts on hand and was able to replace the parts under warranty. Labor was fast transparent and very reasonable. Will use again and again.
