We needed a new home furnace, Serge came out quickly and got us a quote with great options the next day. Their price was better than competitive. Once we ordered they came out within a few days to install. Victor and Peter were very good installers, friendly and efficient. They listened to my comments during the install and did things to my satisfaction. I'm a retired engineer and am very particular. The next day I discovered that some air was leaking out of the system in my garage, not good. I called their office and they had a man out (Dan) within a few hours. He sealed up the leaks on the Mitsubishi unit and helped us to better understand the new thermostat. We highly recommend Precision Air! John L
