We dropped our pup off while we were on vacation for about a week. She had had an eye infection a couple weeks prior, and we thought it was all cleared up. A few days before we came home, Kimberly texted us and let us know that she was concerned the vet had misdiagnosed our dog bc her face and eyes were swollen. She got an appointment with her vet and took her for us and it turns out she was correct. We were worried, but Kimberly was so good about communicating with us and keeping us calm. She is a true dog professional who cared for our girl as if she was her own.

Even with an infection, she was a happy pup coming home. I won’t bring her anywhere else!“

they were super accommodating of my chronically-ill, recovering-from-surgery puppy's high need level -- way moreso than the in-home rover sitter who had abandoned us a month earlier. Plus my older dog who loathes most boarding places LOVED nature's acres and never wanted to leave.

But what i appreciate most is that this place understands the trust you give them and wants to give you peace of mind in return. After a traumatic year where my puppy ended up passing away in the end, I never felt more safe away from her than when she was at nature's acres. They do a wonderful job and I know that my puppy was cared for and loved on the whole time she was here -- and now that she's gone, that means the entire world to me.
