I’ve been going here for close to 5 years. I’ve always enjoyed all the instructors. Recently, I have had to switch to private lessons due to an injury and Jessa has been instrumental in helping me get stronger and understand what I need to do to stay safe. I love how encouraging and patient she is with my at times bad attitude- she is so knowledgeable and plus always has the best music for me to enjoy while exercising. Love love her! The management always seems receptive to helping with any questions I have had over the years.
I love going here. It started as a few times a month and now it’s 5 out of 7 days/week. The instructors are so knowledgeable and kindly make corrections. They have a variety of classes right now. If you’re thinking about it, try it!
I love that there are different formats to the classes so you never feel like you take the same class twice. The instructors are great and they offer a lot of class times. If you are a beginner and haven’t taken a lot of classes before I recommend doing some private or semi private classes to learn the fundamentals first.
