Marcel was great! Did a very thorough inspection with an equally thorough report complete with some handy suggestions.
The original report was missing some info - the work had been done but didn’t make it to the report. Marcel called me right away to apologize and we had the complete report very soon after. Goofs happen but I really appreciate that he took the time to call me personally to explain what happened. That’s what I call good customer service.
