GuruBani is a skilled practitioner and displays a nurturing and amiable personality.I was suffering from low-mid back pain and stiffness for several months. GuruBani impressed me with her diagnostic skills when she correctly observed signs in my anatomy which indicated specific body mechanics and repetitive movements such as heavy lifting and twisting. She recommended a massage using a percussive device to break up the tension and tightness in my trouble areas. My experience was not unlike meat getting tenderized, but GuruBani was as gentle as possible. I have been to GuruBani's lovely massage therapy suite in Burlington 3 times in the last few months and she successfully treated my acid reflux problem with a diaphragm massage, my back pain due to back spasms with massage on my back and my jaw pain with massage to my jaw, She also gave me some medicinal tips to help with recovery from a recent UTI. I appreciate her knowledge about the body and her common sense approach for good health.
