About Pacific Party Canopies

Pacific Party Canopies is a company serving the Pacific Northwest for over 30 years. They offer a wide range of party rental items, including tents, heating, flooring, and lights. Their service area covers Skagit, Whatcom, Snohomish, and King counties, the San Juan Islands, and areas north to the Canadian border throughout Washington state.

Customers praise the company for its helpful event specialists who can guide them through the rental process and offer suggestions for other vendors. They also appreciate the company's willingness to be flexible and communicate effectively to ensure timely setup for events.

However, some customers have experienced issues with communication and customer service. In one instance, a customer reported receiving conflicting information about payment deadlines and feeling mistreated by a representative. Despite this negative experience, the customer ultimately received satisfactory resolution thanks to a helpful event specialist.

Pacific Party Canopies was simply superb. We hosted a wedding with 200 guests on Whidbey Island. Tent, tables, chairs, dance floor…..and more! Professional service though the entire pre-wedding questions and changes through the end take down (which was sad to see everything go!). Highly recommend!

It was great to work with the team at Pacific Party Canopies. Their guidance was spot on for our daughter’s wedding needs. Everyone was kind, understanding and easy to work with. We would work with them again in a heartbeat!💗
